India v/s West Indies

Now it is the time for some tough matches as the competition is getting tighter. Only 8 teams left in this super 8 section and half of them will find their way back to home as the tournament progresses to the next round. indians are going to have their first match of super 8 against the west indies. As atleast two wins are required to secure a comfortable semi finals, team india is not going to take this match easily. As other teams in the group are local favorites england and the tournament favorites south africa. All eyes will be on Chris Gayle and his team. Indians are having a problem in death over bowling. They are conceding too many runs in final 3-4 overs. That should be avoided if india is looking to get that trophy once again. Today it is going to be a cracking contest and once again am wishing all the best to M S Dhoni and team India.

India v/s Bangladesh

Yes, the day has came, today indians are going to face the black horses bangladesh who had a very good warm up, a couple of close matches against good teams. both teams will look for a win today.team india looking sharp and strong in paper proved their strength in the warmup match against pakistan. so today it will be a cracking contest.

India v/s Pak

India beat pakistan in their second warm up match. Indians were up to their reputation of never losing a worldcup match against pakistan. The crowd expected a tight game but indians outplayed pakistan in every department of the game by winning in a comfortable margin of 9 wickets thanks to excellent batting performance from rohit sharma and gautham gambhir, and also some brilliant bowling from indian pacer ishant sharma.

Warmup Match - India v/s Newzeland

And the day has came... indians are going to face the kiwis in their first warm up match today. As we all know... indian lineup looking so strong in paper as usual. Today its the time for them to show that they are the real kings in the t20 version of the game. One thing that indians will keep in their mind before getting in to the ground is, they never beat new zeland in a t20 match. the head to head record is 3-0 in favor of new zeland. so indians will be looking for a sweet revenge today. on the other hand, newzeland is not in their best of the forms as they had to undergo a few hiccups to pass the bangla challenge in a last ball thriller warmup match last week.So lets watch a cracking encounter between india and kiwiz.

Bangladesh - Black Horses????

Hi , it is going to be a tough game for india against the bangladesh. Indians looking strong in paper. but have to prove themselves on the field when they face bangladesh in their group match. Banglas shown that they are tough competetors as they ran close against the kiwis in their warmup match. they had to face a last ball defeat against the new zeland. so we cannot write off the bangladesh. sakib al hassan, mohammed ashraful, mashrafe mortaza etc are the key players in the bangla lineup.

India facing weak opponents in first round

It will be comparitively easy for team india, In first round they will face two weak teams. Bangladesh and ireland. But indians have to keep in mind that the bangladesh is always the black horses in cricket. Indian team may not forget what happened on world cup last time , where indians were outplayed by the bangladesh. so it is a nice chance for india to take a sweet revenge against bangladesh. India with a strong batting lineup and inform bowling lineup, also with young and energetic pair of hands in the field, will find it easy in the first round against both bangladesh and ireland.

Sehwag Currently not in good touch

It has been a disappointing run for Sehwag. He has only managed 109 runs at 15.57 and struggled to an eight-ball 2 in the victory over Rajasthan Royals on Sunday. But i think the one who worries more about sehwag's form is none other than Mahendra Singh Dhoni , The Indian Skipper.
If India needs to put up a good show in the t20 world cup next month, sehwag shoud fire in the top order. currently he is undergoing some problems, may be the injury affected sehwag's perfomance in this IPL. Hope he will come up strongly and gain some form before the worldcup.

Player Review Of Team India

Mahendra Singh Dhoni : The clever captain of Team India. His decisions proved to be crutial at times for india's maiden t20 victory. His ability and skill in wicketkeeping adds indian strength in batting lineup. He is the man who can easily clear big boundaries without any risk or effort.

Virender Sehwag : The vice captain of Team India.Aggressive right hand opening batsman and a parttime offspinner. One of the most explosive batsmen in world cricket. The only problem is that he is not in his best now. Hope to see him getting back to form before the worldcup.

Gautham Gambhir : Mr cool in the batting lineup. Brilliant left hand opener who played a vital role in india's last t20 victory. Not as aggressive as sehwag . but at times he can play sensational innings.

Suresh Raina : Another agressive lefthander. Very strong in both off and leg side. He is currently having a good time in IPL. Hope he will continue his form till world cup.

Rohit Sharma : Not too aggressive as other indian batsmen, but he is a natural strokemaker. Always look for singles and very keen to rotate strike.

Yuvraj Singh : Danger man in indian team. Left hand batsman who is capable to hit pace bowlers many a miles. Nobody could forget his last t20 worldcup perfomance.( that 6 sixes against england in one over )He can change any match single handedly at any time.

Yusuf Pathan : Boom Boom Yusuf Pathan -  The man who everyonez gonna watch this time. His agression is what makes him one of the best in this format of game. It is unstoppable once he get to the best. He is a match winner for team india.

Irfan Pathan : A bowling allrounder who is currently in good form. Excellent left arm swing bowler and a handy batsman in this format of game.

Harbhajan Singh : Turbanator is one of the key bowlers in indian lineup.

Zaheer Khan : Inform Indian seamer. Improved a lot in Recent times.Spearhead of indian pace attack.

Ishant Sharma: Tall young and agressive fastbowler who can be a partnership breaker. Hope to see some good bowling from ishant in this worldcup.

Praveen Kumar : Playing in the team as an alrounder. He is naturally a good bowler and an aggressive batsman. but not yet proved as a quality batsman in international level. May be he will show his talent this time.

Ravindra Jadeja : A very good runner between the wickets and also an excellent fielder. The runs he saving is going to be crutial in close matches.

Praghyan Ohja : Young spin bowler of team india. Good form in IPL.

R P Singh : Man with goldern arm. Currently in hunt of purple cap in this year's IPL. Inform bowler of team india. His swing and speed will make things difficult for opponents

Role of IPL in India's T20 Preperations?

I think the experience of players in IPL is going to help team india a great deal in this t20 world cup. Definitely it is doing good for indian cricket as far as i think. we are getting lots of new talents during every ipl match. Also it is providing a good platform for young cricketers to learn from experienced legends. I think they can learn much from these pros.
Also the team india is looking strong this time ... almost all players in the 15 members squad are currently in good form ( IPL)... hope others will come up to their mark . If the players continue their form till the world cup, india will be a tough team for opponents to beat. And am sure that they can repeat the history.

A review on last worldcup.

yes friends, its the time for the t20 world cup... yea the fever is back.....i still remember the first t20 worldcup held in 2007 where india beat pakistan in a close thriller to lift the maiden t20 worldcup. i think the cricket fans from all around the world remember that imrpovised cricketing shot from misbah which unfortunately for pakistan ended up in the hands of indian bowling sensation of that time ... yea sreesanth. it is a nice thing to remember if you are an indian fan and not so nice if you are a pakistani supporter. anywayz past is past... it became history...history can often be repeated at times.... may be something more sensational is going to happen this time.. so pals... just hold on your breath... watch out for exciting matches in world t20 which is going to take place in england next month....
who knows.... whoz gonna lift the cup this time....
may be the defending champz again.. or may be pakistan who r waiting for the revenge... or may be the mighty australians n south africans... or can it be the black caps? even the hosts can pull something terrific this time...
also there are some black horses with lots of new talents in their side, so friends.... hold your breath...its time for yet another exciting edition of ICC World Twenty 20 Internationals....
